Lucknow: The odd semester examination for the 2024 academic year began on November 25, 2024, at National PG College, Lucknow.
The first shift saw the completion of minor examinations for first and third semester students of BA, BSc, BCA, BBA, and BAJMC, with a total of 1669 students registered. Of these, 1644 candidates appeared for the examination, with 25 students absent. In the second shift, the examination for BA and BCom first and third semester minor subjects took place from 01:30 pm to 04:30 pm, with 1555 students registered and 1536 appearing, marking an absence of 19 students.
Prior to the exams, candidates underwent strict security checks, including checks for electronic gadgets, mobile phones, and written materials, with special attention to those wearing shoes. The examinations continued with three shifts scheduled throughout the day for first, third, and fifth semester students, including co-curricular exams.
